Job summary

Musanadah is seeking a Specialist in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling to operate the CAFM system and manage the maintenance workflow. The role involves ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining asset records, and generating client reports.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration and at least three years of CAFM experience, with strong planning, scheduling, and help desk skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' proven CAFM system experience.
• Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and help desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry, storage, and maintenance of asset data in the CAFM system.
• Create Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders based on the scheduled program.
• Review and verify data records for accuracy and clarity.
• Auto-generate and prepare periodic reports for client submission.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all documents and records.
• Record and track material movement through the CAFM system.
• Manage help desk requests, providing updates on work order status.
• Prepare work schedules and follow up on task completion in the system.
• Update and close completed tasks promptly.
