To implement technical expertise, by producing of drawings and blueprints, effectively contributing to the creation of the CAD server network, and adhering to regulatory requirements to ensure the accurate realization of CAD designs aligned with project visions and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.
- Evaluate the production and drafting of architectural and civil drawings, ensuring the alignment of all drawings with project specifications, Nesma & Partners’ and industry best practices.
- Compile data on man-hours and consumption time for drawings throughout the project lifecycle to produce reports, effectively supporting resource allocation and overtime management.
- Evaluate and assess data to facilitate the creation of the CAD standard manual, to create a unified library and digital filing system, and to ensure adherence to standards, practices, and procedures.
- Maintain the drawings database, ensuring accurate links between drawings and corresponding databases, upholding Nesma & Partners’ best practices.
- Prepare drawings and CAD progress charts, ensuring their adherence to overall project specifications, Nesma & Partners’ Preconstruction & VDC standards and industry best practices, to improve efficiency and mitigate rework.
- Study industry developments for CAD related tools, to ensure the implementation of industry best practices throughout all projects.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Conduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Experience Required
- 0-4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.
- Experience in the EPC industry.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering, or any other related field.
- AutoCAD Certified Professional, Autodesk Revit Architecture Fundamentals, or similar certifications.
