Job summary

Job description

Almana General Hospitals is looking for a skilled and results-driven Buyer to join our Procurement Department at Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an ideal candidate with strong experience in procurement operations, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and ERP knowledge is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities from purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO), sourcing and evaluating reliable suppliers, conducting RFQs, commercial evaluations, price comparisons, supplier negotiations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in procurement or purchasing within healthcare or large corporate organization;
• mandatory ERP experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems;
• strong commercial negotiation and cost-optimization capabilities;
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting;
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
