Job summary

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration; experience graded by grade levels with a mix of years; strong stakeholder management and budgeting support required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience criteria by grade: Grade 09 requires 0–1 year with Masters or 1 year with Bachelors; Grade 10 requires 3 years with Masters or 4 years with Bachelors, including two years of Grade 09.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and execution of Commercial Innovation strategies aligned with organizational and departmental objectives.
• Analyzes performance data, identifies risks and opportunities, and proposes improvements.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders; facilitates decision-making.
• Promotes best practices, process improvements, and change management.
• Supports budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance.
• Provides administrative and operational support for optimization projects, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to approved guidelines.
• Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
• Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
