The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical devices sector, be fluent in Arabic and English, and be a resident of the Eastern Region, ready to travel extensively.

Position Overview

As our Business Development Specialist you will act as Terumo's ambassador in the Eastern Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and promote and sell the full Interventional system portfolio to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training on appropriate use of specialized medical devices during clinical procedures.
• Implement sales strategy defined by Management and Marketing teams.
• Complete and qualify all customer visit reports in the CRM system T360.
• Deliver a detailed Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with sector analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Promote and sell Terumo's products to both existing and new accounts, contributing to market share growth.
• Build trust‑based relationships with customers and identify their needs through consistent communication and service.
• Support physicians and medical teams directly in the procedure room where devices are used.
• Ensure all products are used safely and according to their intended purpose.
• Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality.
• Adhere to MedTech guidelines and Terumo policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in the medical devices industry.
• Experience with Cardio and Vascular solutions is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic (native) and English.
• Resident of the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia with willingness to travel extensively within the region.
