Highly motivated and experienced B2B salesperson with 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the creative, real estate, architecture or studio landscape of Saudi Arabia.instructions. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our cutting‑edge creative services, including Architecture Animations Video Production, Television Commercials, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences & Property Technology as well as architecture services such as design, planning, project management, etc.
Extensive sales expertise to drive business development initiatives and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets.
Develop and execute with the Business Development Manager a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, engage, and secure new clients for our Architecture Animations, Video Production, Television Commercials, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences and PropTech services as well as our Architecture services (Planning, Design, Master Planning, Project Management, etc.)
Collaborate with existing traditional sales team and manage technical & creative demonstrations and sales calls with them.
Interact with Developers, Government Agencies, Construction Firms and Architects for Business Development.
Has a proven track record of successfully meeting and surpassing sales quotas to lead the charge in revenue generation.
Build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their creative needs.
Collaborate closely with remote animations, production, technology and architecture teams to ensure seamless project handover, aligning client expectations with project outcomes.
Prowess in client development by understanding client pain points and offering tailored creative solutions to address their specific requirements.
Regularly update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in our CRM system.
Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies related to video production, animation, virtual reality, and property technology.
Represent the company at both local and international industry events, trade shows, and networking functions milletus to expand the client base and enhance brand recognition.
3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales within real estate, developer sales, creative agency or architectural firms.
Demonstrated experience in client development and relationship management, particularly within Video Production, Television Commercials, Architecture, Animations, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences and PropTech fields.
A track record of effectively translating client needs into successful creative solutions.
Ideally has worked with international or multinational organizations in previous jobs.
3 to 5 Years.
Must have working knowledge of Real Estate Marketing, Architectural Animations, Video Production, Virtual Reality, PropTech, Architecture, Design, etc.
Must have good relationship with Developers, real estate companies, government agencies, production studios and architecture firms to leverage these relationships for business development.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
An ideal candidate should thrive in a fast‑paced, creative environment and be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Arabic & English languages.
