Job summary

CAA Portas, based in Riyadh, is expanding its team and seeking Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts to contribute to sports-focused consulting engagements. You will conduct research, perform analyses, and help develop client recommendations in a collaborative, global environment.

The role emphasizes rigorous data-led problem solving, preparation of client materials, and interaction with client teams across a variety of strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record.
• Previous consulting experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong numerical and conceptual problem-solving ability.
• Proactive self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient in English; Arabic beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop independent sections of client documents and presentations

• Help prepare and conduct interviews, workshops and meetings

Overview

We have exciting opportunities for a small number of Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts to join our team based in Riyadh. A full on-boarding programme will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to develop core consulting skills, as well as developing a deep understanding of the sports sector.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic record
• Previous consulting experience is highly beneficial
• Highly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability
• Demonstrate a clear passion for sports and physical activity
• Proactive self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
• Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Highly proficient in English essential and Arabic beneficial
• Solid sports industry knowledge is desirable
• Prepared to work on a global basis
