Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, process flows).
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in preparing business documentation, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus.
