Job summary

Qarar is seeking a diligent Business Analyst to collect, document, and translate requirements from banking clients into BRDs and user stories. You will map current and target processes, craft business rules for credit strategies, and support UAT.

You will collaborate with data science to translate model outputs into actionable requirements and dashboards, produce status reports, and run client workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands on business analysis experience, preferably in banking, finance, or a technology provider serving this sector.
• Good knowledge of the credit lifecycle: application, verification, decisioning, monitoring, delinquency, and collections.
• Ability to write client facing requirements documents in both Arabic and English.
• Enough SQL to query and check data on your own.
• Advanced Excel and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar).

• Experience with credit decisioning platforms, loan origination systems, or collections systems.
• Knowledge of SIMAH reports and credit bureau products.
• Power BI or a similar visualization tool.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
