Huspy in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a team of independent agents and drive sales performance. You will oversee sales outcomes, develop project-specific strategies, and ensure revenue growth while supporting agents through the sales cycle.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, CRM proficiency, and deep knowledge of the local market. You will collaborate with marketing and business development to generate leads and maintain top-grade client service.

Qualifications

• 5–10 سنوات خبرة في مبيعات العقارات مع سنتين على الأقل فيRole إداري
• شبكة علاقات واسعة داخل مدينة الرياض مع العملاء والوسطاء
• مهارات قيادية وتواصل وتفاوض قوية
• إتقان استخدام أنظمة CRM وبرامج Microsoft Office
• فهم عميق لسوق العقارات المحلي وتفضيلات العملاء

Responsibilities

• قيادة وإدارة وتحفيز فريق من وكلاء العقارات المستقلين لتحقيق أهداف البيع
• المسؤولية عن أداء المبيعات ونجاح المشاريع العقارية المخصصة
• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات لزيادة الإيرادات ورفع نسب البيع
• دعم الوكلاء خلال دورة المبيعات وتأهيل العملاء وإدارة العلاقات والتفاوض
• متابعة الأداء ونسب التحويل واتخاذ إجراءات استباقية عند انخفاض الأداء
• إجراء جلسات تدريب وتوجيه وتحسين إنتاجية الوكلاء
• التعاون مع فرق التسويق وتطوير الأعمال لتوليد العملاء المحتملين
• بناء علاقات قوية مع المطورين والعملاء والجهات الداخلية
• ضمان تجربة عملاء مميزة والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة
• المتابعة الدائمة لاتجاهات السوق والمنافسين والأسعار وإطلاق المشاريع الجديدة
