Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking a Brand Associate to support brand and business operations across retail doors and partners, ensuring excellence in execution and performance. You will coordinate, track, and drive activations, stock optimization, and sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

The role requires 1–2 years in marketing or sales support, a Bachelor in Marketing or Business, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent both in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate brand activation across retail doors and partners to ensure execution excellence.
• Track purchase orders, assortment, pricing, listings, stock availability, and replenishments.
• Maintain trackers for testers, samples, GWPs, and coordinate allocations and shipments.
• Coordinate brand animations, masterclasses, launches, promotions, and PWP/GWP activities.
• Track VM materials, POS/fixtures, merchandising needs, opening checklists, and store readiness.
• Support target communication, performance tracking, schedules, incentives, and field tools.
• Prepare business reviews, retailer reports, and presentations for internal review.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, VM, Finance, Training to elevate commercial matters.
