Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a Brand Associate to support brand and business operations across retail doors and partner networks. You will help optimize stock, drive activations, and ensure execution excellence through close collaboration with internal teams and retailers.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in marketing or sales support, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, and fluent Arabic and English with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and execute operational and sales activities.
• Drive results, optimise stock, and support activations at retail doors and with partners.
• Monitor weekly/monthly performance and flag underperforming doors.
• Track orders, assortments, pricing, listings, stock availability, and replenishments.
• Maintain testers, samples, GWPs, and coordinate allocations/shipments.
• Coordinate brand animations, launches, promotions, and PWP/GWP activities.
• Monitor VM materials, POS, fixtures, merchandising needs, opening checklists.
• Support communication, performance tracking, schedules, and field tools.
• Prepare business reviews, retailer reports, and internal presentations.

What You'll Be Doing

As brand associate your will support the brand and business by coordinating, tracking, and executing operational and sales activities across retail doors and partners, ensuring excellence in execution and performance. This versatile role spans multiple functions, working closely with internal teams and retail partners to drive results, optimise stock, and support activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly/monthly sell‑out, LY vs. target comparisons, door‑level performance, BA productivity, rankings, and flag underperforming doors.
• Follow up on purchase orders, assortment/pricing, new listings, stock availability, retailer requirements. Track SOH, OOS, stock transfers, replenishments, fill‑rate, and order follow‑up.
• Maintain trackers for testers, samples, GWPs; monitor ratios and availability; coordinate allocations and shipments; fulfil monthly requirements.
• Coordinate brand animations, masterclasses, launches, promotions, PWP/GWP activities, ensuring timely operational delivery.
• Track VM materials, POS/fixtures, merchandising needs, opening checklists, and ensure store readiness.
• Support target communication, performance tracking, schedules, incentives, and equip field teams with necessary tools.
• Prepare business reviews, retailer reports, performance summaries, and presentations for internal review.
• Work with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, VM, Finance, Training. Maintain trackers, follow up with brand partners, escalation commercial/strategic matters, and collect market intelligence.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent both in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
