Job summary

Almosafer Travel & Tourism Co. is seeking a travel consultant to assist clients in selecting holiday packages, advise on itineraries, and tailor options to individual needs. You will work to hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in a travel agency, strong English and Arabic skills, and proficiency with GDS and travel-booking tools. On-site role in Saudi Arabia with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of travel agency experience.
• High School Diploma or diploma in travel/related field preferred.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with GDS, travel booking software and CRS.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
• Ability to design holiday packages per customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying holiday products and itineraries.
• Achieve individual sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Advise on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc.
• Act as first contact for walk-in customers.
• Stay updated on products via research and industry sources.
• Maintain customer data and personalize services.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service expectations.
