Job summary

Kafou Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team. You will execute testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems across project sites and coordinate with project teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BMS testing and commissioning experience, solid knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS platforms, and the ability to read control drawings and sequences of operation. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS architecture.
• Ability to read control drawings and sequences of operation.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Kafou Energy is looking for an experienced BMS ProjectTesting & Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team and play akey role in delivering high-quality Building Management System (BMS) projects.

The role involves execute testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting BMS systems, including field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations. Conduct functional performance testing, ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinate with project teams and clients, and prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation while supporting system optimization and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning. Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS platforms, communication protocols, troubleshooting, and technical drawings, with good teamwork and communication skills.
