Job summary

Imdad is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment at client sites, ensuring quality service and timely responses.

You will build strong customer relationships, report activities using FSR, PPM, Salesforce, and supplier reports, and pursue service contracts in line with the sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0-2 years of service experience.
• Minimum scoring of 80% in Imdad's Technical exam.
• Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance procedures as per Manufacturers specs & Imdad's SLA.
• Developing and maintaining professional business relationship with customers.

• Promote Imdad's service contracts with adherence to the sales plan.
