The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple communication channels

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience in social media community management.
• Experience handling comments, complaints, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
• Experience communicating with customers through WhatsApp Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills.
• Fast response time and effective prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer interactions across social media platforms; respond professionally and promptly.
• Manage inquiries and follow-ups through WhatsApp Business; provide accurate information about services and offers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
• Monitor AI platforms and tools to identify trends, insights, and improvements for customer communications.
• Track recurring inquiries and customer feedback to improve community management processes.
