Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; an LL.M is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in reputable law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws, with cross-border experience.
• Experience with corporate law, compliance, contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Providing precise, practical legal advice and preparing recommendations for complex corporate transactions.
• Analyzing and summarizing complex legal documents and proposing amendments.
• Supporting due diligence and assisting with M&A transactions.
• Preparing memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Managing legal workflow, tracking billable hours and progress, and using document-management tools efficiently.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on Saudi laws and precedents.
• Drafting legal articles and newsletters to support knowledge sharing.
