The Lawyer will lead workstreams under supervision, deliver precise documents, and contribute to due diligence, M&A, ADR, and commercial disputes, while maintaining strict timelines and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; an LL.M is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in reputable law firms.
Excellent command of legal drafting and Arabic communication (Essential).
Strong proficiency in English (advantage).
Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws.
Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, contracts, and arbitration procedures.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and preparing various legal documents, including contracts, partnerships, NDAs, and service agreements.
Analyzing, summarizing, and proposing amendments to complex legal documents with attention to detail.
Contributing to due diligence processes and supporting M&A transactions.
Preparing memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
Managing legal files against timelines, tracking billable hours, and using document-management tools.
Conducting in-depth legal research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
Writing legal articles and newsletters for firm knowledge and client communication.
