Job summary

Medica Group is seeking a Collector to manage accounts receivable and secure timely payments from customers in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. The role requires proactive client communication, strong negotiation, and the ability to resolve payment issues while maintaining positive relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, are fluent in English and Arabic, and have 2+ years in collections or AR. A valid driving license and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes about invoices or payment terms.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate professionally with customers about account status and payment options.
• Address billing questions, payment schedules, and methods.
• Coordinate with sales and finance to ensure timely processing of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
