Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a BI Developer/Consultant in Saudi Arabia (KSA – On-site) with 4–6 years of experience to build BI solutions end-to-end. The role requires expert-level skills in at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), strong SQL, and data modeling.

Arabic language skills are a must, with consulting experience a strong advantage. The candidate will gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into dashboards/reports, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling → visualization → deployment)
• Strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) — expert-level in at least one
• Strong SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins)
• Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling)
• ETL/ELT experience — building and troubleshooting data pipelines feeding BI layers
• Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards/reports (this is the “consultant” half)
• DAX or equivalent calculation-language proficiency (if Power BI-centric)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar unified analytics platforms
• Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics feeding into BI layers
• Experience presenting to executive/C-level audiences
• Domain experience in operations/logistics/parking/municipal data
• Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with data governance/row‑level security implementation
• Prior consulting background (client-facing engagements, scoping, stakeholder management)
