Responsibilities

• Accurately configure and maintain medical benefit plans.
• Analyze product documents to build and configure benefit plans.
• Set up eligibility, copays, deductibles, and provider networks.
• Coordinate with underwriting and sales to gather accurate plan information.
• Validate benefit configurations to avoid claim errors.
