Job summary

CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd. is seeking a capable back-end production supervisor to lead the daily operations of the back-end team and ensure safe, high-quality output. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, while driving improvements to meet production targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong mechanical understanding. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays; a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing production, preferably in can or packaging industries.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Understanding of quality control and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read technical documents, schematics and production specifications.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
