Job summary

Brilliant Minds Events is seeking a professional Barista for an event in Riyadh. You will set tables, polish glassware, and serve food and beverages while circulating with canapés and drinks to guests throughout the event.

Experience as a Barista is required, including espresso machine operation, milk texturing, and basic latte art. Knowledge of food safety and high-volume service is essential; English is required with Arabic as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista.
• Operating and calibrating a commercial espresso machine and grinder.
• Milk steaming and texturing, including plant-based alternatives.

Job Specification

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista
• Operating and calibrating a commercial espresso machine and grinder
• Espresso extraction: dose, yield, timing, and correcting a bad shot
• Milk steaming and texturing, including plant-based alternatives
• Preparing espresso drinks: cappuccino, latte, flat white, americano, macchiato, cortado, and mocha
• Preparing Arabic coffee (qahwa) and cold coffee drinks
• Basic latte art
• Station cleaning, machine backflushing, and stock replenishment
• Food safety and hygiene standards
• Fast, accurate service under high-volume pressure
• Working English; Arabic an advantage
• Currently living in Riyadh
• NOC from sponsor
• Valid Baladiya health card
• Confident tray service and table setting
• Well-groomed, polite
