The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot drinks, creating coffee and tea recipes, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar. Job Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare drinks according to customer orders while adhering to all safety guidelines set by the company.
• This includes making sure that all beverages are prepared accurately according to company standards as well as making sure that all equipment is clean and properly maintained between orders.
• Additionally, Baristas are responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and providing accurate information about products when necessary.
• Baristas must also keep up with inventory levels by restocking shelves when needed.
• Help maintain shop cleanliness by wiping down counters after customers leave.
• Any other duties assigned by their supervisor.
