Job summary

Africa Talent Contours Limited in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled barbers for positions in Al-Ahsa or Al-Khobar. You will provide professional men’s haircuts, beard grooming and styling, while maintaining high hygiene standards and delivering friendly service.

Applicants should have KCSE or equivalent, training in barbering, and practical experience in a professional barbershop. The role offers a basic salary of SAR 1,500–2,000 per month plus performance-based commission and two-year air-ticket

Qualifications

• KCSE or equivalent is required.
• Certificate or training in Barbering/ Hairdressing will be an added advantage.
• Practical barbering skills and relevant work experience are valued.
• Previous experience in a professional barbershop is required.
• Ability to demonstrate modern men’s hairstyles and beard grooming.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional men’s haircuts and styling services.
• Perform beard trimming, shaping and shaving.
• Groom hair and beard according to customers’ preferences.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness in the barber area.
• Clean and maintain barbering tools and equipment responsibly.
• Consult with customers to understand preferred hairstyles.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming services.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Work efficiently to serve customers within the required time.
• Contribute toward monthly performance and sales targets.
• Follow health, safety, and customer service standards.
