Bank Teller Vacancy in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Bank Teller at our branch in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently processing various financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a warm and professional manner
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
• Educate customers on bank products and services
• Adhere to all banking policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

Requirements:

• Must be of African or Egyptian nationality (other nationalities are welcome to apply)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Availability to work weekends if needed
