Job summary

Flip retail in Mecca is seeking a dedicated Baker to prepare breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts. You will design and present finished products and ensure items are stored and packaged properly.

You will keep records of shipments, stock, and production levels, maintain clean and disinfected workstations, and support the team with food preparation. Gulf region experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production and pastry making.
• Ability to prepare breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts.
• Knowledge of packaging and inventory control.
