We are in need of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team of Malayalee bakers in Riyadh. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes, according to traditional Malayalee recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of Malayalee breads, pastries, and cakes
• Follow traditional Malayalee recipes and techniques to ensure authenticity
• Monitor production to maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Order supplies and ingredients as needed
• Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes
• Collaborate with other bakers to develop new menu items

Requirements:

• Must be a native speaker or fluent in Malayalam language
• Previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
• Knowledge of traditional Malayalee baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Salary:
