Baker Specialist

We are a renowned bakery in Mecca, Saudi Arabia and we are currently searching for a talented Baker Specialist to join our team. As a Baker Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of breads and pastries according to our recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
• Train new bakery staff on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef is required
• Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
