Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Tech Lead) to own backend architecture and drive a migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 8. You will mentor developers, ensure scalable, secure API services, and lead CI/CD with Azure deployments.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, leadership skills, and strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and microservices. Arabic proficiency is a plus and the position is on site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience with leadership.
• Experience migrating .NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 8 is essential.
• Proven track record building scalable API services and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture and API development using ASP.NET Core.
• Design scalable microservices and event-driven solutions.
• Manage migration from legacy .NET Framework to .NET Core.
• Mentor backend developers and conduct code reviews.
• Build integrations with internal systems and external services such as Nafath and Tawakkalna.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization across platforms.
• Optimize SQL Server databases and queries.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and Azure deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and architecture standards.
