Job summary

Aroma City Group is seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to design and implement scalable backend services using NET 8 and ASP.NET Core. You will build RESTful APIs and microservices, optimize SQL Server databases, and integrate with internal and third‑party systems in an Agile setting.

The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity, and familiarity with CI/CD, security best practices, and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience with at least 2 years in a Senior Backend Developer role.
• Certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305 or AZ-400 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop and maintain backend applications using NET 8 ASP NET Core
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases and queries
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems through APIs
• Write clean secure and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews testing debugging and performance optimization
• Support CI CD pipelines deployments and production environments
• Collaborate with Product Managers Business Analysts QA DevOps and Solution Architects in an Agile environment
• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Backend Developer role.
