Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking an Assistant Manager - Gift Cards - Partnerships to drive B2B growth, coordinate corporate client initiatives, and execute partner programs across channels in Dubai. The role emphasizes sales support, proposals, and performance tracking, with collaboration across Finance, IT, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of partnerships or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Based in Dubai, UAE
• Experience in retail, loyalty, or payments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels
• Drive B2B growth by engaging corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors
• Prepare proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients
• Maintain sales pipeline, account activity, and performance dashboards
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new partners
• Assist with contracts, invoicing, and compliance with Finance and Legal
• Monitor partner performance and provide improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to boost gift card awareness and sales
• Support program operations including issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations
• Work with Finance, IT, Customer Care, Marketing to resolve issues
