• Manage achievement of unit sales through the B2B direct selling channel.
• Promote and develop B2B business with industrial and corporate clients by providing tailored solutions in industrial oils, lubricants, and greases.
• Identify product sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
• Increase customer retention in the area by providing inputs on requirements and needs.
• Manage the established credit sales criteria to ensure sustainable sales growth and help the business to determine the market size and potential of the customers.
• Liaising in the sales activities and improvements to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company's policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.
• Collaborates with the cross-functional teams within the organization by operational performance discussions to achieve the revenue other KPIs.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of the sales operations to improve overall results.
• Continuously manage and evaluate sales achievements by initiating sales and marketing campaigns to business strategies to achieve set targets.
