The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Sales professional to expand the aviation services client base and identify new revenue opportunities.

You will develop tailored proposals, manage pricing structures, negotiate terms, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and aviation regulations. Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development in aviation or hospitality.
• Experience in market research and managing customer accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong analytical and market research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and tenders for aviation-related services.
• Monitor competitor activities and maintain competitive pricing structures.
• Assist in drafting and managing commercial contracts with Legal and Operations.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
