Responsibilities

• Grow growth and revenue opportunities across the aviation industry.
• Follow up proposals and introductions to expand business interest.
• Review and monitor contractual performance objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients and key personnel daily.
• Review processes to improve procedures with customers.
• Conduct KPI and SLA reviews for each account.
