Job summary

Siemens AG in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Specialist – Automation and OT Cybersecurity to support internal sales and customers across value-driven portfolios. You will enable sales teams, align with Account Managers, and craft compelling technical and business value propositions for opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Technical Sales, delivering decisive outcomes with a focus on onboarding and customer satisfaction, while supporting growth in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering is a must.
• Min 5-7 years of experience in technical sales and/or product marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist, providing portfolio selection and fit, supporting both internal sales teams and external customers.
• Enable sales teams on appropriate solution domains so that they capture the initial customer interest.
• Align closely with Account Managers and Technical Sales to integrate portfolio offerings into sales opportunities.
• Empower sales teams by providing key technical insights and sales narratives.
• Define and communicate a customer value proposition from a business and technical perspective for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure a seamless handover to delivery teams, ensure smooth service execution and solution delivery e.g., onboarding and adoption.
