Avanta Works in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to create authentic Indian dishes, prepare ingredients, cook, and plate with attention to portion sizes, while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Candidates should have proven experience in Indian cuisine and spices, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management, and strong communication with kitchen staff; note that English language skills are not required.

Formación

• Proven experience as Indian Chef or Cook.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes or menu specifications.
• Cook dishes using traditional Indian methods and techniques.
• Plate dishes attractively and ensure proper portion sizes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when needed.
• Train new kitchen staff on menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
