Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Indian cuisine, techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Ability to create authentic Indian dishes with traditional recipes or your own twist.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and customer requests
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and overseeing their work
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure kitchen is well-stocked at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other chefs and staff to develop new menu items and specials
