Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a hybrid luxury retailer in the Middle East, seeks a Visual Merchandiser to organize and deploy premium merchandising across stores in the region. You will coach in-store VM teams and frontline staff to ensure displays align with seasonal brand guidelines and deliver impactful customer experiences.

You will implement seasonal event calendars, measure merchandising impact, and contribute to brand training events and workshops as part of a dynamic, diverse team within Chalhoub

• Follow and implement brand seasonal VM guidelines.
• Help prepare and invite in-store VM team to end Brand training events and workshops

What you'll be doing

Our Visual Merchandiser is responsible for organising and deploying high quality visual merchandising strategies across stores. Our Visual Merchandiser is also responsible for coaching the store based VMs, as well as ensuring consistency of standards.

Implement high-quality visual merchandising strategy and presentations through seasonal event calendar and brand guidelines.

Coach and build strong relations with in-store VM teams (if applicable) and frontline team, so that they can help maintain display.
