Job summary

APM Monaco in Riyadh is seeking a passionate luxury retail professional to engage clients with exceptional service and help build the APM brand. You will work closely with the Store-in-Charge in sales, operations, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising and CRM to deliver a premier client experience.

Requirements include 5+ years in luxury/fashion retail, 2 years in a managerial role, fluency in English and Arabic, and a customer-centric, approachable demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury/fashion retail.
• 2 years in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.
• Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, team management.
