APM Monaco is seeking an Area Manager - Saudi Arabia to lead and develop our retail business across the Kingdom. You will drive sales performance, maintain brand standards, and mentor Store Managers to achieve sustainable growth in a luxury, globally recognised brand.

The role requires agile, hands-on leadership with a focus on client experience, merchandising, and operational excellence across all boutiques in the region.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years in dynamic, international retail brands.
• Minimum 2 years in multi-store management.
• Strong leadership and people development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop our retail business across Saudi Arabia, driving sales performance and operational excellence.
• Drive sales targets, KPIs, and action plans for all Boutiques.
• Ensure top visual merchandising and brand standards across stores.
• Oversee Store Managers, recruit and develop high-performing teams.
• Monitor inventory, deliveries, and stock accuracy; minimize discrepancies.
• Provide regular market analysis, performance reports, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and succession planning.
