Noir KSA in الرياض is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with fine dining experience to support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily front-of-house operations and elevating guest experience, acting as a key link between FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless, premium service at all times.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in upscale F&B, 1-2 years in supervision, hospitality or business degree, and a valid food safety certification; fluent English, Arabic a plus, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the complete guest journey from arrival to departure, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in directing FOH operations, including floor flow, reservations pacing, table allocations, and special event setups.
• Help lead, schedule, and train the FOH team through daily briefings, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Monitor key metrics like covers, revenue, and spend-per-head; support upselling strategies.
• Maintain clear communication between FOH and kitchen regarding service pace, dietary restrictions, and VIP demands.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory standards alongside brand guidelines.
• Build relationships with VIPs and regulars, and step in for Restaurant Manager when needed.

• Monitor key financial metrics like covers, revenue, and spend-per-head, supporting the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager on upselling strategies.
• Maintain clear communication between FOH and kitchen regarding service pace, dietary restrictions, and VIP demands.
• Ensure strict compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory standards alongside brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs, regulars, and the local community, and step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in upscale F&B/hotels, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role, managing multicultural teams (GCC experience preferred).
• Education & Credentials: Hospitality or Business degree preferred; valid food safety certification required.
• Cultural & Language Skills: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus) combined with strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of Gulf guest expectations.
