Job Summary

Our Assistant Relationship Manager are trusted advisors to our clients. They partner with clients at the highest levels of their organisation to drive relationship growth and strategy. They bring deep industry knowledge and strong client relationships to understand their needs and advise customised solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You’ll manage the client strategy execution, partnering closely with our Cluster and Geographies Account Managers, and Field Account Managers, in driving key account coverage and growth.
  • You’ll be the assistant of the main global client relationship owner responsible for coordinating resources to fully meet the clients’ financial needs across our global footprint.
  • Provide outstanding client experiences.
  • Deliver account management and strategic support.
  • Deliver Group client revenues, profitability, and risk acceptance.
  • Use business acumen to negotiate, communicate and influence stakeholder decision making.
  • Use your deep industry expertise to provide considered advice.
Skills and Experience
  • Product knowledge - Corporate Finance, Markets, Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance.
  • Risk management, financial and credit analysis.
  • Experienced in using and adapting to client behaviours and preferences.
  • Uses business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of client onboarding, local market nuances and the regulatory landscape.
  • Works effectively with ambiguity, in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
  • Education – bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Languages – English and Arabic.
