Job summary

Almarai, based in Riyadh, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead System & Process Projects, focusing on SO99 planning and SAP integration. You will ensure system availability, support continuity, and align IT delivery with business goals.

In this role you will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, monitor interfaces and data sync, and drive improvements in performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience with Implementation, Integration & Administration of SO99 Planning Solution
• Experience managing internal teams & third-party vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Familiar with SAP system and high level of analytical skills
• Strategic thinker and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the SO99 Planning Solution
• Ensure system availability, stability, and performance in accordance with SLAs including incidents
• Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management
• Coordinate incident, service request management processes
• Monitor application health, job execution, interfaces, and data synchronization
