Job summary

Almarai is seeking an Assistant Manager for System & Process Projects in Riyadh to ensure SO99 planning availability, continuity, and performance, with strong integration to SAP and other enterprise applications.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors, monitor job execution and data synchronization, and drive incident resolution to support planning objectives. This role requires clear English communication and a strategic approach to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with SO99 Planning Solution implementation, integration, and administration.
• Experience managing internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Familiar with SAP and high analytical skills.
• Proficient with Excel formulas and dashboards.
• Strategic thinker able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the SO99 Planning Solution.
• Ensure system availability, stability, and performance per SLAs including incidents and service requests.
• Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Coordinate incident, service request management processes.

About the Role:

The role ensures system availability, business continuity, service excellence, and effective integration with SAP and other enterprise applications. The position acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure SO99 supports planning objectives efficiently.

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the SO99 Planning Solution.
2. Ensure system availability, stability, and performance in accordance with agreed SLAs including incidents and service requests.
3. Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
4. Coordinate incident, service request management processes.
5. Monitor application health, job execution, interfaces, and data synchronization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Implementation, Integration & Administration of SO99 Planning Solution
• Experience managing internal teams & third-party vendors.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication English skills.
• Familiar with SAP system & High level of analytical skills.
• Well experienced using MC excel formulas & dashboards.
• Strategic Thinker & able to meet deadlines.
