Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Country Head to translate strategic priorities into executable projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues.
  • Prepare business cases, proposals, and market-entry plans.
  • Lead assigned projects from concept to implementation with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track project progress, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support negotiations and relationship-building with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the Country Head in meetings when required and drive follow-ups to closure.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Improve execution frameworks, workflows, and communication across teams.
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
  • Strong project management and execution mindset with e‑commerce background.
