Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a stylish dining destination in Jeddah. This role involves supporting the General Manager, maintaining high operational standards, and enhancing guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in premium dining operations and a track record in leadership. The position offers benefits including competitive salary, accommodation, and transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant or premium dining operations.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a management or senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational controls.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock control.
• Lead service periods and act as Manager on Duty.
• Manage budgets and key performance indicators.
