Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) invites seasoned professionals to oversee major projects across diverse sectors in Saudi Arabia. You will drive coordination among internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery in line with program objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, PMO governance, and strong stakeholder engagement, with residency in Saudi Arabia and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years total work experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience in project management.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.
• Saudi engineering registration.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• PMP certification.

In this role, you will lead major projects spanning a broad portfolio of developments and contribute to successful delivery through strong coordination, oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely across project teams and partner organizations, supporting progress on complex initiatives within a fast-paced program environment.
