Responsibilities

• Manage and organize Documentation Certifications for SANAD.
• Develop and maintain a detailed record of Documentation and Certifications.
• Coordinate Certifications orders, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
• Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the status of all Well control and non-Well control Certification.
• Monitor major equipment expiry details and notify the operation team.
• Ensure certification availability of items received by warehouse team.
• Review system generated Certification Work orders for timely closure.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and efficient service.
• Generate regular equipment overhaul records and monthly reports for management.
