Job summary

APCO invites a full‑time internship in Riyadh to support the Arts and Culture practice. You will assist with client activities, coordinate projects, and help craft content and campaigns while gaining exposure to strategic communications in a fast‑paced agency setting.

The role reports to a Director and is based in Riyadh, offering hands‑on experience in client work and the development of presentations for campaigns and pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in strategic communications, arts, culture, and public affairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day client activities and internal communication for Arts and Culture clients.
• Prepare status reports, notes, trackers, presentations, and client decks.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, deadlines, and progress updates.
• Support campaign execution under guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with PR, content, digital, and creative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Draft communications materials including press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, announcements.
• Research industry trends, cultural initiatives, arts programming, and client topics.
• Contribute to campaign ideas, content planning, and presentations.
• Assist with new business research and proposal preparation.
